Accounting Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions, including income and expenses
  • Reconcile all bank accounts
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Post debits and credits
  • Support with preparing financial statements
  • Maintain dept organized
  • Track cash flow
  • checking accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments and maintaining a system for organizing company documents
  • Work with Global finance team as needed

What You Bring…

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Bookkeeping/ Accounting.

Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite.

Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timelines.
