In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding and nurturing AnswerHero’s strong client relationships. You will conduct proactive check-ins, assist with client queries, and identify opportunities to enhance our client interactions. What You’ll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management
Conduct regular proactive check-ins with AnswerHero clients to confirm their needs are being met and they’re receiving top-notch service.
Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
Ensure all outstanding concerns are addressed through diligent follow-ups.
Account Optimization & Problem-Solving
Monitor client accounts actively and analyze interactions to identify areas for improvement.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to implement strategies that elevate the client experience.
Maintain accuracy in account details, including contact and billing information through timely updates.
Identify opportunities for account optimization through interactions with cross-functional teams.
Billing & Reporting
Handle client inquiries related to billing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide leadership with insights on account activity, reporting trends, and suggesting areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Client Success
Collect feedback from clients to support the enhancement of AnswerHero’s services and offerings.
Offer valuable insights and recommendations to elevate client interactions and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with pertinent recommendations.
