Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Achieve revenue/yield targets, including NDC share, SAF sales, and premium share in Leisure Sales
Develop expertise in Global Leisure Products (Cruise, Marine, HUM) and internal coordination for multi-market accounts
Manage account performance reporting and CRM updates
Develop and execute business plans, conduct progress reviews, and track market trends
Ensure compliance with contracts and procedures via StarPartners.com
Utilize LHG sales tools (Tableau, Cheetah, AI programs) and support new tool development
Coordinate activities with AJV partners and evaluate account RFI submissions
Support sales strategies, incentives, and marketing actions
Address technical issues with MOC (ATPCO, NDC, GDS)
Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desirable
Minimum 3 years of business experience required; airline/cruise industry experience preferred
Fluency in English required
German skills desirable
Strong knowledge of contracts, LH reservation system, sales tools, ticketing, and accounting processes
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and collaborate in diverse environments
Customer-oriented with excellent judgment and business sense
Must possess a legal permit to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel
Must possess a valid driver’s license
