What are the best techniques for delivering project presentations to stakeholders?
Your job is to persuade your audience: 1) Understand where your audience is coming from - their needs and their goals. 2) Sell yourself (not with a long list of credentials and achievements, but with your confidence and deep understanding of the project 3) Find something (however obvious) that they ALL can agree to. Get them to nod their heads, and you are VASTLY more likely to keep them nodding. Do all of that before you even mention the project.

How can you involve stakeholders and clients in UX design while maintaining a user-centered approach?
In the entertainment space, we tend to forget the "U" in UX design. Frequently this is a result of the designers not being users of the product. I've seen dozens of companies where Television UX design is done by people who don't watch Television, and don't even OWN a Television!
