The Heat Is on in More Ways Than One It’s not just the blistering temps making life uncomfortable in the Permian these days. Not while record volumes have producers sweating bullets to move more of their residual gas to downstream markets. Not while pipelines inch closer to maximum capacity. And certainly not while demand for natural gas will only continue to grow to feed more LNG plants, meet rising NGL export levels, and power the booming industry of AI data and crypto mining centers now putting electrical grids on notice. Nope. All things considered, the summer’s heat is a mere pesky mosquito compared to the bite—and pressure—Permian producers face juggling these challenges amid dirt-cheap gas prices while Permian midstreamers weigh their investments in new pipeline growth projects. Reese Energy Consulting today is following the latest from the Permian and what’s now the final countdown to welcome startup of the 580-mile Matterhorn Express. And the Matterhorn matters in a huge way to help decongest gas takeaway constraints by flowing up to 2.5 BCFD from West Texas to the Katy area outside of Houston. Sweet music to the ears, no doubt. At least until the end of next year. In the meantime, five other pipeline projects await FID to bring added headache relief to the nation’s second-largest gas producing basin, although most could take up to two years to build. They include Targa Resources’ Apex, Energy Transfer’s Warrior, Kinder Morgan, Inc.’s expansion of its Natural Gas Pipeline of America system, ONEOK’s expansion of its West Texas NGL Pipeline, and Moss Lake Partners’ DeLa Express. How many constitutionalists, conservatives, and freedom lovers have had assassination attempts or been beat up in the past 8-10 years? Some of the high profile politicians and media figures that came out to condemn “acts of political violence “ have refused to speak up and condemn politically driven threats , extremely violent political rhetoric, and acts of violence and destruction. That trend started when a certain Presidential candidate drug fringe radicals into his constituency base in 2008 and refused to rebuke them. We either extricate these radicals and condemn all violent political rhetoric (regardless of left/right) or this is going to escalate. It’s time to start having substantive policy discussions and platform discussions instead of the garbage that’s been acceptable to far too many since 2016. The American people need to speak loudly on November 5. It’s not hard to figure out which disgusting politicians need to be tossed out of office for fanning the flames of division for personal gain. #throwthemout

This is exactly what they (globalists) want. They know the only way to bring down The United States of America is from the inside. How will they do that? Just like they did Bosnia. They will bring insurgents from far and wide to start civil discourse. Once the people have had enough and begin taking matters in their own hands, they will declare Martial Law and never relinquish control. They will divide the country into seven or eight smaller countries. Texas is on the chopping block to become four or five countries in itself. Why would they do this? Smaller countries are easier to dominate and control.

Paul Foster Sleeps Well in El Paso Weather temps in El Paso, Texas, today are expected to breach the 103° mark. Nothing out of the ordinary here when summer says “howdy” to West Texas and her Permian oilfields. El Paso is where billionaire oil tycoon Paul Foster lays his head at night. He was born here after all, and today the sprawling city is marked with his name on two college campuses, a downtown building, and a boutique hotel. From roughneck to refiner to oil and gas producer and investor, Foster has continued to demonstrate a Midas touch. And now the Permian E&P he co-founded just six years ago is looking like a cool dip in the pool for Delaware buyers. Reese Energy Consulting today is following the latest news on Denver-based Franklin Mountain Energy (FME), one of the largest privately held oil and gas producers in the N.M. Delaware. Following the 2017 sale of his El Paso-based Western Refinery for $5.8 billion, Foster—the founder and CEO of Franklin Mountain Investments—took only a hot minute before launching FME along with six partners in 2018. This time, diving back into the oil and gas biz as a self-funded E&P for the first 33 months with a decided mantra to not go public or invite outside investors. Instead, FME was all about finding the right asset and taking it from there. And, boy, did they find it. The newcomer to the Delaware—which no one had ever heard of—gobbled up 4,041 Delaware acres at a 2018 BLM auction. Two weeks later, FME acquired OneEnergy Partners, adding another 4,280 net acres. What began with production of 50 BOED at a then-$38 per barrel has now become 50 MBOED. The Midas Touch Man whose name is firmly etched in El Paso is now hardly a secret behind Franklin Mountain Energy—said to be among the latest Permian acquisition targets and a fine fetch in the $3 billion range. Musk is so rich as to be "removed from potential financial influence". Rich enough to be the dominant financial influence. The man has no morals at all, so no limits to his evil. I have a question for Americans, especially those who want an immediate end to China cheap products. Not saying that I do or don't support NAFTA at all, mine is a logistics issue. It took over 5 years for the effects of NAFTA to be felt here in the US. Because the entire new infrastructure to support NAFTA in Canada and Mexico (and China) had to be built, workers trained, pre and post product transport arranged, etc. Seriously, do you really want your kids stitching cloths for a living? It's going to take some time, thought, and perhaps compromise is all. So rather than hitting our hand with a hammer, perhaps folks could concentrate thier efforts into jobbing China and Russia like they been doin' us for the last 30 years. David K.

Well - here we go, another brilliant piece of proposed legislation to reduce the cost of killing protected species to an industry that is only supported and viable because of the tax subsidies.
