Working in conjunction with local public schools to identify kids who would not normally be able to attend summer sports camps; we provide a low-cost non-profit Soccer Camp which also serves to improve kids' self-esteem, social abilities, while helping the community at large.

I assist with planning, administration, general operations and logistics and mentoring of younger coaches and team leaders. The most fulfilling week of my life every summer! -

Marketing Automation: Prospecting and Lead Nurturing for Enterprise Software Company

Leveraging existing content and using current Marketo workflows for reference; constructed new automated prospecting and sales development workflows (smart campaigns) within Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Triggered by manual upload of large prospect lists from varied sources (DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Events, etc.); Marketo tagged the prospect record with appropriate campaign tag, synced record with CRM (Dynamics) and updated record's status, and enrolled record in content appropriate…Leveraging existing content and using current Marketo workflows for reference; constructed new automated prospecting and sales development workflows (smart campaigns) within Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Triggered by manual upload of large prospect lists from varied sources (DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Events, etc.); Marketo tagged the prospect record with appropriate campaign tag, synced record with CRM (Dynamics) and updated record's status, and enrolled record in content appropriate prospecting campaign - sent at time-zone specific hour to optimize open, read, and click-through rates. Marketo would push open and click data to CRM to populate the lead record with this data which would also update record status as appropriate and prioritize Sales Dev. Rep's (SDRs) contact activities.
Automated workflow enabled exponential increase in outbound prospecting contacts and retention of contacts due to personalized, content relevant, and time optimized design. SDR could effectively prospect, contact, follow-up, and appropriately update campaign status and campaign enrollment of more than 1000 B2B prospects weekly as needed.
Resulted in deeper, broader engagement of prospects by automatically maturing prospect records to relevant nurturing streams based on prospect engagement and interest in other product families.
- Improved unsubscribe rates of new prospects by 15%+ with relevant content and improved contact rates,
- Improved engagement rates of new prospects exponentially
- Identified relevant interest in other product families resulting in new, otherwise unknown, Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). Estimated increase of approx 5%.
- Improved customer satisfaction with automated content and reduced "disqualified" lead status through relevance of delivered content and SDR qualification efforts.
