It is time, even belatedly for the educators and professional bodies to bring on soft skilld development. With increasing automation garnidhed with AI, the story tellinging id far more important.
Cayla Dengate - This is such a brilliant list, as a Finance business partner, one of the key skills that I am assessed and we look for in the future talent pipeline is the ability to communicate succinctly and be able to influence decision-making by storytelling. It’s all interrelated, but these are the key human skills that will set candidates apart!

For the broker rather than the business - skills most needed are Communication / Conflict Resolution (customers and Lenders) - Strategic Thinking / Problem Solving (about deals / marketing) - Lead Generation. Other skills the broker might have else they hire them for the business.
