The Vice President of Services and Operations is an opportunity that encompasses a dynamic and multifaceted leadership role responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, families, funding sources, employers, and communities. This role ensures the accuracy and compliance of program documentation, such as progress notes, billing, contracts, and individual service plans (ISPs), while actively promoting program utilization and growth. Viability, Inc. is a non-profit organization headquartered in Springfield, MA that is dedicated to promoting equity and inclusion for individuals with disabilities and other disadvantages. With a team of over 430 staff members, Viability serves more than 4,300 individuals annually across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Oklahoma, and Rhode Island, working with hundreds of employer partners to meet workforce needs. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, The Vice President of Services and Operations is a dynamic, results-driven leader responsible for overseeing and growing a diverse portfolio of programs and services across Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and Oklahoma.
