#YIMBYWin Our Abundant Housing Illinois chapter recently endorsed Daniel Biss for Mayor of Evanston, IL. Our members got out and did some door-knocking and phone banking to support his campaign. 💪 Looks like their efforts paid off because Daniel Biss won the election on Tuesday night 🥳 It is critical that we have pro-housing elected officials in our communities who are ready to take action to build more homes for community members. YIMBYs are ready to fight for pro-housing candidates who will help us build a future of abundant housing for everyone! We're just getting started 🔥

Big shoutout to one of our Asheville For All chapter volunteer leaders, Andy Paul, for co-authoring an amazing opinion piece about the need for more homes in Asheville, especially in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Our leaders must enact pro-housing policies that make our neighborhoods more affordable, sustainable, and equitable. YIMBYs like our Asheville For All members are fighting for a future of abundant housing in their backyard 👏 https://lnkd.in/gKqVS23E
