Research illustrates the women as young as 30 are going into perimenopause. This means that if these women lives to the average age of life expectancy in the US, she will spend 50 years with a combination of these symptoms. Furthermore, many women do not attribute certain symptoms to perimenopause and menopause. Instead, they sadly push through.
