Here's the first batch updates we rolled out in 2025. Zendesk integration: With this, you will be able to create tickets, fetch ticket status and even enable live chat via the Zendesk app. Contact page: Recognizing the growing importance of contacts in WotNot, we’ve introduced a dedicated page for each contact to provide a comprehensive view of their details. Also, we’re letting you create contacts manually from the contact page. APIs to live chat: For customers and partners, that want to use WotNot for its AI chatbots and AI agents, and continue using their existing live chat software like Zendesk, Intercom etc. — we are releasing APIs to our live chat feature. APIs available are: • To create a conversation • To close a conversation • To send an agent response Block contacts on WhatsApp & SMS: You can now block contacts on WhatsApp and SMS to prevent them from starting new chats or receiving outbound messages. This helps you block suspicious users from misusing the chatbots. Custom permission roles: This update allows you to tailor roles with specific permission sets, ensuring that every team member has access to the tools they need—nothing more, nothing less.
