Eugene here again - friends, we have a new brilliant leader on our side helping help you - Stephanie Hanson just joined our board :) == In Stephanie's words == Stephanie Hanson is a fractional COO, leadership coach, and consultant to climate tech startups and social impact organizations. She spent 13 years helping to build One Acre Fund into an award-winning social enterprise serving millions of farmers across 10 countries in Africa, and is now fractional COO at Reverence Care, an early-stage health tech company. As a leadership coach, she specializes in helping early-stage startup founders, social impact leaders and their teams navigate rapid growth. She’s also a mentor for Venture For ClimateTech and senior advisor to Prevail Fund, a new foundation mobilizing bolder approaches to the world’s biggest problems. == In my words (your friendly Executive Director Eugene Kirpichov) == Work on Climate needs to scale in order to help mobilize more professionals - and Stephanie brings a wealth of non-profit scaling experience from having worn all kinds of leadership hats scaling One Acre Fund from approximately Work On Climate's current size to over 1,000+ employees. Stephanie is the type of leader that embodies everything Work on Climate stands for - someone who is at the same time strategic, patient, warm and grounded, and facilitative in style. I'm personally over the moon to have Stephanie's support. Please welcome Stephanie :)
