Celebrating Women Entrepreneurs on International Women’s Day Meet Kellie Custer, co-owner of Worklab and the force behind The Goddard Schools in Cascade. Inspired by her four children, she set out to create a high-quality early education program, providing kids with exceptional learning experiences led by highly qualified teachers. Starting out, Kellie faced hurdles—banks questioned her ability to lead without a male partner. But she didn’t back down. Instead, she built a thriving business and co-founded Worklab, proving that determination and expertise speak louder than doubt. Her advice? Do your research, stay persistent, and never take no for an answer. On International Women’s Day, Kellie reminds us to lift each other up and push for progress.
