He also has hands-on experience in sales, account management, and product marketing. During his time at Architectural Surfaces, he played a key role in helping elevate a regional branch by resolving inventory challenges and enhancing the customer experience.   A natural leader, Trevor brings energy, curiosity, and a passion for building strong relationships to his role with Novae. We are pleased to announce that Nate Archbold will be transitioning into a new role within Novae as part of the Load Configuration team. Nate has been an integral part of the Novae team for the past 12 years, bringing dedication, leadership, and deep operational knowledge to every role he’s held. Most recently, he served as Interim Shipping Manager, and prior to that, he has held several key roles within the Shipping team. Nate’s extensive experience and strong understanding of the shipping process will be invaluable as he steps into this new chapter. Since joining Novae in 2020, Scott has made a strong impact through his thoughtful leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep understanding of the commercial landscape. In this expanded role, he will lead efforts to bring data-driven strategies and operational excellence to our wholesale and retail sales teams, enabling us to better serve our dealer network and accelerate profitable growth. Scott brings more than a decade of experience in sales planning, analytics, and strategic operations, with a track record of delivering measurable business results. He holds an MBA from Notre Dame University and is passionate about empowering teams with insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger performance.

Based in Avon, Minnesota, David brings years of experience in both Account Management and Recruiting with Allegis Group, where he developed strong sales expertise and a knack for building lasting relationships. We’re excited to share that Michael De Anda has been promoted to Account Manager – East Region. In his new position, Mike will be focused on managing and strengthening dealer relationships across the region. With over 15 years of experience at Novae, Mike brings deep knowledge of our operations and a passion for supporting our partners to his new role. Throughout his career with us, Mike has taken on several key roles — most recently as Plant Manager, following three years as Shipping Manager, three years as an Account Manager, and five years as Logistics Coordinator. His leadership, dedication, and understanding of our business make him a fantastic fit for this role. Mike will be based in Clarinda, IA, and we’re confident he’ll make a big impact in this new chapter. Please join us in congratulating Mike on this promotion!

We're excited to welcome Jesse Wegley to the Novae team! Jesse has joined Novae as an Account Manager serving our West region, based in El Mirage, Arizona. He brings a strong background in sales and project management, having previously worked as a Sales Professional at Trailer Wholesale NW and a Project Manager at Bartlett Roofing. Lisa joins us with an impressive background in agricultural sales, covering diverse sectors such as Ag Retail, land investments, farm auctions, 1031 exchanges, and livestock marketing—especially supporting youth show initiatives nationwide. Throughout her career, Lisa has excelled at building meaningful partnerships, consistently guiding clients toward achieving their unique goals. Lisa will be based out of Novae's Markle, Indiana production facility, where she'll actively support our dealer partners across the Midwest. Novae is pleased to welcome Mike Nichols to the team as Channel Development Manager – Southeast.   Mike brings decades of experience in the trailer industry—from serving as a territory manager for Pace American® to leading national sales teams at Universal Trailer Company (UTC). Most recently, Mike served as Vice President of Sales for American Cargo Group. In his role at Novae, Mike will partner closely with our sales teams to expand the sales and distribution footprint across the Southeast for Novae trailer brands.   This new chapter also marks a return for Mike to Pace American®, and we’re excited to see him once again contributing to the success of that brand—alongside others in the Novae family.   Welcome aboard, Mike! We are happy to welcome Rachel Rivers to the Novae team as Director of Digital Marketing. Rachel brings extensive knowledge of the trailer industry, having served in digital marketing and client service roles at TrailerCentral. In her role at Novae, Rachel will focus on digital marketing strategies that drive demand for leading brands such as Sure-Trac®,  H&H Trailers®, and LOOK®.
