About us
Chartered in 1995, NYSCAR is a specialty local board of REALTORS® with statewide jurisdiction. The organization is governed by a Board of Governors with representation from constituent groups across the state. Our chapter has over 160 Realtor and Affiliate members representing various industries pertaining to commercial real estate. There are seven active NYSCAR chapters throughout the state, including Greater Capital, Hudson Valley, Metro Long Island, Rochester Area, Western New York, Southern Tier, and Syracuse. The organization was formed by commercial practitioners who's vision of a board of REALTORS specific to commercial In succeeding years, NYSCAR has implemented that vision by creating opportunities for members to: - Enhance professional education and increase contacts - Network with colleagues across the state - Market commercial property in statewide forums - Advanced commercial related Continuing Education - Local WNY meetings every month with Guest Speakers - National/State Legislative involvement - Advertising Program in the NYS Real Estate Journal - Quarterly state newsletters - Statewide Membership Directory - Standardized forms (Exclusive Right-to-Sell, Lease/ Sell, Tenant/Buyer Rep.
