Persistence [building] pays off 💪 at Gold's Gym NoMa. Collective Architecture provided the proper range of motion for this 16,876 sq ft build out while Winmar Construction controlled the project's heart rate all the way through substantial completion. 😉 The post workout results speak for themselves. Special thanks to Michael Weiss at Transwestern as well as Steven Tracy and Dagmawi Goshu at Bell Partners Inc for your stellar professionalism. Opening this spring in Dupont Circle, #SIXTYDC is a luxury hotel #builtbyWinmar featuring 80 guest rooms and two new dining concepts and will feature Casamara (pictured), a full-service restaurant offering the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean, and Reynold's, a stylish cocktail bar. Casamara will boast 2,000 square feet of indoor dining, plus an additional 3,000-square-foot rooftop.
