True to her Idaho roots, her pastimes include fishing, gardening, and foraging for morel mushrooms, which are just some of the unique aspects of the McCall region. Nancye administers each transaction from beginning to end, drafting purchase-to-sale agreements, and managing all listings, among other administrative support tasks. Before transitioning to the real estate sector, LaFay spent a commendable 16 years in the banking industry, specializing in personal banking, auto loans, and home equity loans as well as earning a Paralegal Certificate from the National Academy for Paralegal Studies. Nancye’s favorite part of her job is the team she works with, and she takes great pride in working behind the scenes to ensure clients have what they need.
