I’m Eva Wardyla. As a Distribution Relationship Manager, I wear many hats, but most of my time is spent working with agents — appointing them, managing changes like mergers or sales, and helping them grow alongside Westfield. Active listening is a key part of my work, helping me to understand agent concerns and find solutions that support their success. While I love what I do, if I could have any job in the world, I’d be a travel documentary filmmaker! I love to travel, and this job would let me explore new countries, learn about different cultures, and capture the stories of the people who live there. The culture at Westfield is a big reason I stay. It’s a company that truly respects its employees, prioritizes collaboration, and invests in our development.
