Our Firm was honored in the Merger Control Matter of the Year – Europe category for its work on the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority’s groundbreaking clearance of the Vodafone and Three UK joint venture, advising Virgin Media O2. Weil was also selected in the Litigation of the Year – Non-Cartel Prosecution category for serving as counsel to Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. in an antitrust dispute with competitor Novartis AG, in which Weil secured a key reversal at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
