𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: The primary responsibility of this role is to support and accelerate the registration of WOBs across India. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Conduct research to identify Women-Owned Businesses (WOBs) in assigned regions. - Assist WOBs in registering on the WECommunity supplier portal. - Liaise with women’s network groups & associations to facilitate outreach and generate leads for WOB registration. - Manage follow-ups, address queries, and coordinate mailing campaigns. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - This is a target-based, impact-oriented role. - Prior experience working with WOB associations, network groups, or business chambers is essential. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in *MS Office applications & social media tools, * - Ability to work independently with a passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
