We're feeling incredibly grateful after meeting with members of Old National Bank's Associate and Community Engagement (ACE) team. This amazing group of employees raises funds through internal efforts to support nonprofits close to their hearts. This year, they organized a silent auction featuring items from local businesses and donated the proceeds to VOA Ohio & Indiana! Thank you, ACE Team, for helping your community thrive!

About us
We're a national, non-profit, faith-based organization dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. Through thousands of human services programs, including housing and healthcare, Volunteers of America helps nearly 2 million people across the country – more than 23,000 in Ohio and indiana. Established locally in 1896, our ministry of service has supported and empowered America’s most vulnerable groups including at-risk youth, the frail elderly, men and women returning from prison, homeless individuals and families, people with disabilities, and those recovering from addictions. Our work touches the mind, body, heart – and ultimately the spirit – of those we serve, integrating our deep compassion with highly effective programs and services.

Our own Sheila White and Khamisi Jordan had the privilege of facilitating Right Response training at the Erie Community Foundation for staff serving veterans’ housing, residential reentry, and behavioral health in the Toledo and Sandusky areas. Sincere thanks to The Erie Community Foundation for providing an outstanding space and supporting the growth of local service providers.

We had a great time participating in a volunteer fair at Huntington National Bank’s Business Center in Easton! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with employees and share the many ways they can get involved in community-based volunteer and engagement opportunities.
