It's the end of Social Worker Month and Women's History Month and we want to give a special shoutout to our Social Services Professional of the Year Award winner, Lizzie Cogan, LMSW! 🏆 Every day, Lizzie goes above and beyond for her patients and their families, whether it's making home visits, connecting others with community resources, advocating for her patients' safety, or working with her fellow social service professionals. “What I love most about my job is that I’m able to change a patient’s life in concrete ways, like connecting them with transportation to a doctor’s appointment—but I can also help them on a deeper level. A big part of every visit is tuning in to who they are as a person and deeply understanding all that they are going through. Both sides are so important, and I love that I get to help people with both.” Congratulations Lizzie!
