Today is Employee Appreciation Day and here at Vertical Health Services, we truly have the most amazing team. While we strive to always show our appreciation of everything our team does every day to care for our residents and ensure the success of VHS, we often get caught up in the day-to-day grind. I, for one, am glad that someone recognized the need for this day, and it is part of our company culture to celebrate. Here is a snippet of the message sent to our incredible team today. They are truly one of a kind. "What an amazing year it has been. Vertical Health Services, being less than two years old, is still in its infancy stages, yet it certainly doesn’t feel that way. The collective knowledge, experience, compassion, and dedication of this incredible team has come together so very quickly and rocked our company’s foundation in ways that sets us apart from others in the industry. Each of you brings a profound piece to our collective wheel to ensure we continue to persevere even during difficult times. We certainly have had a lot of ups and downs in our company’s short life.
