🚶Taking Steps to Prioritize Employee Wellness 🚶♀️ Did you know that 4/2 is National Walking Day? It’s the perfect time to schedule a walking meeting, take a stroll to lunch, or hit the trail with your team. One of the best perks of our Fitwel-certified campus here at VariSpace Coppell is the built-in walking trail that makes it easy for us take active outdoor breaks. Not only did our Wellness Committee host a step challenge in March, in which participants walked more than 6.4 million steps, but they also plan activities, events, and friendly competitions year-round that make it fun to stay fit. Even simple things like group walks, Pickleball outings, or employee-led classes can be a great way for team members to build connections and create a healthy, happy culture. #WorkplaceWellness #NationalWalkingDay

Honoring Black History This Month and Every Month Our incredible Vari Diversity Council has done an amazing job (as usual) during Black History Month. With special décor and thoughtful programs, they’ve encouraged reflection, learning, connection, and community–important components of our company's core values. One team, one dream! Earlier this month, we welcomed our Sales team to VariSpace Coppell for a week full of strategizing, learning, and lots of team bonding!
