Alton brings decades of expertise in enterprise IT strategy, digital modernization, and service delivery across high-impact defense environments. Most recently, Alton served as the Director of Programs, Projects, and Service Management at USACE, CIO-G6, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives that transformed service management and delivery. Prior to that, he was the Center Chief for IT Architecture, Configuration Management, Engineering, and Solutions Development at the DISA Joint Service Provider — driving innovation at the heart of the Pentagon's IT operations.
