We're not just striving to reach the best versions of ourselves on the water at the U.S. Sail GP Team ⛵️🇺🇸 In LA, our athletes and staff attended a workshop facilitated by our friends at RISE, focusing on Identity 🤔 ✍️ Everybody started with 10 cards to write a single word representing their identity ❌ One at a time, these were ripped up until each team member had a single card left 🪧 By the end, everyone's remaining card contained an adjective that described how they view themselves 🙌 It was hugely beneficial for everyone to get the chance to be introspective and learn about one another!
