Mary Buschmann, Executive Director USTA Missouri Valley, knows first-hand why public tennis facilities thrive when there’s a strong relationship between the operators and the parks department. Why? Because she and her team stepped in when 14 courts were about to disappear from the 100-year old Plaza Tennis Center in Kansas City, MO. "The community needed them," she shared. This episode on the Racquet Fuel Podcast, hosted by Kim Bastable and Simon Gale, has the whole story: https://lnkd.in/gsCP9d4S

When employees feel valued, they’re more motivated to deliver exceptional service. How can you show them you value them? - Celebrate them - Teach them - Inspire them - Invest in their professional growth - Share with them - Ask them what they need ... and TELL THEM how much you appreciate them. A little can go a long way. And if "investing in their professional growth" caught your attention, we just so happen to have a resource for you to make that happen: https://lnkd.in/ej4kWB-w

For many in the racquet sports industry, AI still feels like an abstract concept. But here’s the truth: It’s already transforming the way we coach, manage, and lead. The question isn’t if you’ll use AI...it’s how soon you’ll embrace it before falling behind. WHAT IF ... you could save hours every week? ... you could streamline your club operations, create lesson plans, or even enhance player development? ... learning to use AI was as simple as learning to use a calculator? In the latest Racquet Fuel Podcast, Simon Gale and Kim Bastable talk about this. Listen now and start leveraging AI before the industry moves on without you: https://lnkd.in/es-4VAuG
