Marcos believes that by creating opportunities for others, we are setting up a new scenario for thousands of leaders to shine and help us grow Padel in the USA. One of his main goals is to start attracting players to our industry who don't have any previous experience in racquet sports. This is where he puts all of his efforts, because that's where the opportunity is. "We need to reach that 'blue ocean' of non-racquet players and to offer an amazing experience for all of them to engage with the sport. From there," he says, "the growth will be very organic, and we will experience an unprecedented growth that will change the rules of the sport all over the world."

To grow the game we must lead and inspire our players to stay in it. Until we tell them "going pro" isn't the only way to have a career in racquets, they might not know.
