Last week we held a press conference to announce our plans to open a state-of-the art innovation center and a second disposables manufacturing hub in Mirandola Italy. Mirandola is extremely rich with medical perfusion expertise and talent. This soldfies our commitment to continue to drive innovation in our field, while minimizing supply chain risks and build a solid foundation to ensure uninterrupted supply of our life-saving OCS Technology. We are just getting started. We cannot wait to share with the field our Gen-3 OCS Technology and our OCS Kidney platform! We do things few thought possible in Transplant medicine!

In Rome for the day to participate in the Press Conference near the Italian Parliament to support the national reimbursement initiative for the OCS technology in Italy. We are grateful to the Italian patient organization and the Italian heart, lung and liver transplant academic experts who are leading this important initiative. The future looks promising for OCS, not just in Italy but also across Europe in the upcoming years. The collaborative efforts of various stakeholders pave the way for advancements in medical technology and patient care. This week, over 175 transplant experts gathered for the transplant leadership forum focusing on lung, heart, and liver transplants. The event highlighted the Next-Gen OCS lung and heart clinical initiatives, along with an update on the first 4,500 OCS liver transplants in the US. The engagement and participation of clinical experts were greatly appreciated.
