#TransformerSpotlight! Our very own Rebecca Hehr is making the rounds across Indiana leading Provider Roundtables. Becca is the Community Engagement Specialist dedicated to our work with SPARK Learning Lab. She is traveling the state to connect with early care and education providers to provide a space for them to meet their SPARK coaches, learn about available supports, and voice their needs and experiences. Each roundtable is created in partnership with local coalitions and designed to be ⭐ welcoming, ⭐ collaborative, ⭐ and grounded in real provider perspectives. The insights gathered help SPARK and its partners improve services, strengthen relationships, and ensure providers remain at the center of early childhood efforts in Indiana.
