💛💛💛TOWN HALL IN EDGEWOOD IS A DONATION LOCATION FOR FIRE VICTIMS IN RUIDOSO. 💛💛💛 👉PLEASE read the following information from LINCOLN COUNTY ASSISTANCE: The Torrance County Office of Emergency Management recognizes that people in our community want to do what they can to assist our neighbors. For that reason, we are coordinating a relief effort to benefit those impacted by the fires. Donations are being accepted at: ~Edgewood Town Hall ~Mountainair Town Hall ~Opel's Ice Cream in Estancia ~VFW Post 3370 in McIntosh There is a team working on donation management that we will coordinate with regarding delivery. As needs become known, we will share that information. We are requesting that clothing not be donated at this time, as there are insufficient personnel to sort, organize, wash and distribute those items. Suggested items include, but are not limited to: Water Toiletries Baby formula Diapers and wipes Pet food Feminine hygiene products For those of you who would prefer to make monetary donations, those can be accepted by the Community Foundation of Lincoln County at https://lnkd.in/ekGNGF2j If you are willing to provide a donation location or have any questions, please contact Tracey Master, at 505-269-8178, through Facebook, or at radiopat@aol.com.

About us
The Town of Edgewood, located in the southwest portion of Santa Fe County, was incorporated on July 1, 1999. At that time, the population was just a couple thousand people. In the ensuing 20 years, the community expanded through a series of annexations and slow growth to a current population of more than 6,000 residents within town limits. The town's retail and services options have grown too, but there remains a strong focus on retaining the small town, a rural character that residents appreciate and value.

EDGEWOOD NEW MEXICO: In-person Early Voting for the 2024 Primary Election begins Saturday, May 18 and continues through June 1. Edgewood residents vote at the polling location that corresponds with your county of residence. Santa Fe County residents: Santa Fe County Fire Station, 1 Municipal Way, Edgewood (corner of NM 344). Days and hours: Tuesdays-Fridays (11:00am-7:00pm) and Saturdays (10:00am-6:00pm). Bernalillo County residents: Tijeras Village Hall, 12 Camino Municipal, Tijeras (off NM 333/Old Route 66). Days and hours: Monday-Saturday (10:00am-7:00pm). Torrance County residents: Moriarty Civic Center at 202 Broadway Ave., Moriarty (south of Central/Route 66). Days and hours: Tuesdays-Saturdays (10:00am-6:00pm). Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 7, when polls are open 7:00am-7:00pm at all polling locations.
