TJC is announcing the acquisition of Delta Petroleum Company by our PSC Group, a provider of on-site logistics and repair service provider to critical petrochemical companies. Upon completion of the transaction, Delta will be owned by PSC Group, and will cease to be a subsidiary of Greif Inc., a world leader in industrial packaging products and services. President and CEO Joel Dickerson will continue to lead PSC Group and work with Frank Ingrassia, CPIM as Delta Petroleum is integrated into PSC Group’s existing operations.
