And that's a wrap…. (or is it?) If we were to describe the spirit behind our Women’s Day initiatives this month in one word - it would be CONNECTION. Connecting our women colleagues to mentors who could help them learn and grow professionally through ‘LeadHER’ a one on one leadership connect session. Connecting together all our tribe members and ‘Bridging Perspectives’ across a panel discussion where we had honest conversations around work-life balance, risk-taking, and imposter syndrome. Connecting our women colleagues with each other and their artistic side with the ‘Colors of Camaraderie’ - an interactive art-based networking session where participants engaged in guided, acrylic on canvas painting activities.
