Barbara and David came from humble beginnings, but through their resilience and hard work, they helped create one of the largest restaurant groups in the country with nearly 200 restaurants across 19 states. The Rolphs care deeply for our community and have actively served on the boards of multiple nonprofits, including United Way of the Plains. They have also been dedicated financial supporters of many education, health, and basic needs programs in south central Kansas. Today we celebrate $1,000,000 donated by Thrivers in support of their teammates in need. The Thrive Family Fund, started in 2008, has helped thousands of Thrivers across the country get back on their feet in times of unexpected challenges. It's been an exciting 2024 for Thrive! As we reflect on the year and look forward to what 2025 might bring our way, we are FULL with GRATITUDE for the opportunities to serve our guests, our people, and our communities. Highlights included: 🔴 Donating over $1.5 million to 500+ organizations including partnerships with Make-A-Wish America, American Red Cross, Folds of Honor, Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, Kansas Food Bank, Kansas Health Foundation, HumanKind Ministries, and Wichita Habitat for Humanity to name a few! 🔴 Welcoming Modern Market Eatery, a dynamic brand with even better people, to the Thrive community. 🔴 Launching an initiative alongside Stand Together, Café Momentum, and Goodwill Industries of Kansas to provide opportunities within the hospitality industry to empower and employ the under resourced in our neighborhoods. 🔴 Agreed to a 30 location development deal with Qdoba Restaurant Corporation to build in the Carolinas. 🔴 Hosting our annual meeting in St. Louis with 300+ Thrivers learning, celebrating, and connecting together (big thx SweetPea Meetings). 🔴 Investing capital to refresh Carlos O'Kelly's as it celebrated 43 years of operation. 🔴 Opening two new HomeGrown Kitchen locations with four more on the way in 2025 in Omaha (NE), Bentonville (AR), Kansas City (MO), & Alexandria (VA)!
