As we continue to recover from January’s fires, we’re humbled to secure another permit and rebuild 1050 Iliff—a #PacificPalisades home set to be completed in just 12 months. This milestone reflects the resilience of our community and the critical collaboration with the City of Los Angeles and LADBS, who have worked tirelessly to restore essential infrastructure and expedite the recovery process. We extend our gratitude to all individuals and agencies contributing to this collective effort, from debris removal to rebuilding initiatives. While this project represents progress, we recognize the ongoing challenges faced by our neighbors. Thomas James Homes remains committed to supporting community-focused rebuilding that prioritizes safety and sustainability, aligning with streamlined permitting processes and regional efforts to expedite recovery.
