In the search for a more environmentally-friendly future, Delta Air Lines has partnered with California-based start-up JetZero to design a more fuel-efficient blended-wing-body aircraft. Rather than a traditional tube-style aircraft, this design will feature a triangular design, creating a traveling experience like we've never seen before. The FCC recently took action to make it easier for service providers to get rid of their old copper networks. Though not a complete reform, this is an essential move by the FCC that will allow providers the freedom to more frequently use "streamlined procedures" when they wish to discontinue copper, retire voice services (even if there's not another voice option available), and waive costly and excessive notice requirements in certain cases. We brought together some of the brightest minds in the insights industry to reflect, reconnect, and step outside of the everyday - to explore the hidden techniques within our work that help brands win in a time of uncertainty.
