  • E59: If Innovaccer is not on your radar, you're lost. While other vendors are still cobbling together tack-on SaaS tools, Abhinav Shashank is a thought leader on a mission to build a new, open, interoperable healthcare system that democratizes data exchange across all areas. THIS is the direction healthcare is headed. FINALLY!

  • E58: Remote patient monitoring is FINALLY getting the attention it deserves and you're failing as a provider if you're not doing this. Health Recovery Solutions started doing this 13 years ago when you probably doubted the value and dismissed the need as unproven. Today, their CEO Jason Comer does a terrific job citing value statistics and proving the ROI with results statistics. Imagine the lives and money that could have been saved, if many of you decision makers had only listened to him a decade ago. Well done HRS! Feel free to post the names of anyone who procrastinates on implementing this important service to patients.

  • E57: Your healthcare data lake is stagnant, filled with old, outdated info and it just became obsolescent. Meet CognomIQ and their award winning semantic data management engine that provides a continuous stream of fresh, real time data and 10X faster results generation. Bonny Roberts and Eric Snyder did a great job breaking down the transformative power of this technology and how it is already impacting users in Universities, research centers, clinical trials, pharma and more.

  • E56: Looking at AI Scribe solutions? Stop!... until you take a close look at Suki for comparison, and not just as a scribe. I've been vocally critical of this company the past 3 years but they surprised me at HIMSS a few weeks ago and Josh Margulies did a great job explaining WHY they are leaping out front in this space.

E55: Let's address the elephant in the room...YOU. Time to face facts like adults and concede that the healthy 30% cannot and SHOULD NOT continue subsidizing healthcare for the unhealthy 70%. By 2030 your health insurance will work like your credit score. PROVE your health score with biometric data and pay accordingly. Choose not to, and pay about triple what you pay today for insurance. This week Celina Burns does a MUCH better job of explaining why and drilling down into the data that will create this change. The statistics are an undeniable compass.

  • E54: This week David Law talks RCM and the commitment to technology that differentiates Zotec Partners from competitors. "Trust, Excellence & Care" is their mantra because it's the foundation to a lasting relationship, but it's not just lip service. The whole team proved to me that they walk the walk and it's not just a fancy acronym tag on their logo - Zo T-E-C.

  • E53: This week Krishna Kumar from Akumin® explains 'Access to Care' and how their mobility of services and commitment to technology are transforming capabilities for clients, as well as experiences for patients. I predict more sectors of healthcare embracing their 'mobile command center' strategy in the coming years, rather than building more Billion dollar marble palaces. Make those trailers self driving and they can automatically service a regular route, changing locations overnight with no drivers.

  • E50: Tennr is automating the front office! "10 becomes 2" is the new mantra for healthcare staffing and decades overdue. Ray Mathew explains the value solution with a big wall behind him that says "If we say AI, you get $10". Exactly! The only vendor at that show bucking the trend. Those pitching AI are too often selling BS. Those DOING AI have it hidden behind the scenes and don't have to throw out magical terms to impress you. Good software just works - automagically.
