Starting this summer, each apartment building will be equipped with modular, stackable communal spaces that residents can rearrange monthly via our new app. Want the pool on your floor this month? Just vote! Looking for the gym to be closer to your unit? Gather enough neighbors to approve the move! #AprilFools Our revolutionary hydraulic lift system allows entire amenity spaces to be safely relocated throughout the complex. The cafe can be on the 3rd floor on Monday and the 12th floor by Wednesday! The system also includes 'Wild Card Weekends' where amenity locations are randomized every Friday night for a fresh weekend experience.
