This position is responsible for assisting business owners and agricultural businesses with their financing needs and consults with prospects and customers to discuss business and financial plans, making recommendations to meet needs. Decision making and analytical skills are required to successfully perform the approval, servicing, and maintenance responsibilities of this position. Excellent interpersonal skills along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills are needed to effectively interact throughout the organization and with customers. Must demonstrate ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors degree in Business, Agronomy, or related field is preferred. MLO registration must be secured and maintained within six months of hire.
