  • TEC is proud to be at the forefront of transforming distributed energy resources into powerful solutions for a more resilient, decarbonized grid. By bringing bring the Bassett-Avocado Advanced Energy Community (BAAEC) to life, the project provides clean, low-cost power to 340 households in Los Angeles County. With funding from the California Energy Commission (CEC) and support from key partners, this project showcases how small-scale solar and battery storage can be aggregated to strengthen the grid, improve reliability, and directly benefit underserved communities. 👏 Huge thanks to our partners, including Clean Power Alliance, Pivot Energy, and California ISO staff for helping make this vision a reality.
