#MindfulMonday ✨ As a new week begins, here’s a gentle question to carry with you: 🧠 “What am I rushing for today?” So often, we move through our schedules on autopilot—checking boxes, answering emails, attending meetings—without ever really pausing to be here. This week, consider giving yourself permission to slow down: • Take a few intentional breaths before starting your day • Pause between tasks, even for 30 seconds • Let your next conversation be fully present—no distractions Mindfulness isn’t about adding more to your plate—it’s about shifting how you engage with what’s already there. Try approaching your work, your interactions, and your decisions with a little more presence. You might be surprised how much clarity and calm that brings. Here’s to a grounded, intentional start to your week. 🙌 #CareerGrowth #MentalHealth #SportsBusiness

#WisdomWednesday - Stephen M. R. Covey x “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” “The carpenter’s rule is ‘measure twice, cut once.’ You have to make sure that the blueprint the first creation, is really what you want, that you’ve thought everything through. Then you put it into bricks and mortar. Each day you go to the construction shed and pull out the blueprint to get marching orders for the day. You begin with the end in mind.” #sportsbusiness #careerdevelopment #professionalgrowth

Struggle isn’t a detour—it’s the path. Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from resistance. From late nights, early mornings, failure, and getting back up again. That’s where resilience is built. That’s where purpose is formed. We’re not here to coast—we’re here to climb!🙌 TeamWork Online | theClubhouse® #Motivation #Sports #Business #Podcast

🧠 #MindfulMonday: The Power of the Pause In a fast-paced world of career moves, networking, and nonstop hustle, we often overlook one of the most powerful tools for clarity and growth: the pause. Pausing isn’t a weakness. It’s wisdom. It’s the moment you take a breath before responding. The space between jobs when you rediscover your “why.” The silence in a meeting when you truly listen instead of waiting to speak. The weekend you don’t overbook and finally feel recharged. This Monday, challenge yourself to build in more intentional pauses: ✨ Pause to reflect on what’s actually fulfilling you. ✨ Pause before saying “yes” to something that may not serve you. ✨ Pause to ask: “Am I aligned with what I value most?” Because in the pause, we often find the real progress. #CareerGrowth #SportsBusiness #MentalHealthAwareness

🤝 #FollowFriday In this industry, your network is your net worth—and we’re here to help you grow both. We believe in the power of intentional connections. Whether you’re looking for career advice, collaboration opportunities, or just someone who gets it, there’s a place (and a person) for you here. 🔥 This Friday, we challenge you to: 1. Reach out to someone new on the platform. 2. Reconnect with a former colleague. 3. Shout out someone who’s helped you along the way. Because networking isn’t about collecting contacts—it’s about building community. 💬 #SportsBusiness #Networking #Careerdevelopment #Leadership

#WisdomWednesday - “Grit” by Angela Duckworth Three bricklayers are asked: “What are you doing?” The first says, “I am laying bricks.” The second says, “I am building a church.” And the third says, “I am building the house of God.” The first bricklayer has a job. The second has a career. The third has a calling. In the parable of the bricklayers, everyone has the same occupation, but their subjective experience – how they themselves viewed their work – couldn’t be more different. Likewise, Yale management professor Amy Wrzesniewski’s research suggests that callings have little to do with formal job descriptions. In fact, she believes that just about any occupation can be a job, career, or calling. For instance, when she studied secretaries, she initially expected very few to identify their work as a calling. When her data came back, she found that secretaries identified themselves as having a job, career, or calling in equal numbers – just about the same proportion she’d identified in other samples. Amy’s conclusion is that it’s not that some kinds of occupations are necessarily jobs, and others are careers and still others are callings. Instead, what matters is whether the person doing the work believes that laying down the next brick is just something that has to be done, or instead something that will lead to further personal success, or finally, work that connects the individual to something far greater than the self. I agree. How you see your work is more important than your job title. #CareerDevelopment #SportsBusiness #Growth
