🧠 What is Post-Concussion Syndrome? While most people recover from a concussion within a few weeks, some experience symptoms that linger much longer—this is known as Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS). Fatigue, headaches, dizziness, memory issues, and mood changes are just a few of the challenges PCS can bring. While rare cases may have lasting effects, most symptoms are treatable, and with the right care, many people can manage and minimize the impact on their daily lives. Raising awareness is key. The more we understand PCS, the better we can support those living with it. 💛 #PostConcussionSyndrome #BrainInjuryAwareness #ProtectTheBrain #ConcussionRecovery #BrainHealth
