The Beryl Institute reposted this
Love this reflection Nicole C. and it underlines not just your path, but all YOU have been critical in helping build in our The Beryl Institute global community. Our work at the Institute is not just about how #healthcare organizations around the world impact the experience of those we serve and who serve (as human beings caring for human beings), but also about how EACH of us develops on our own path to contribution and leadership. You represent all of that in how when we develop ourselves we help our organizations get better too. A powerful reminder of all we do together as people committed to transforming the #humanexperience. It’s why human experience is our true north. Thanks to you Nicole for keeping us true to that purpose…always.

Coming to the Elevate Beryl Conference always feels like a homecoming. There's just something about being surrounded by people who speak the same language of empathy, purpose, and heart. It’s been so special to see familiar faces — people who’ve been part of my journey for years — and to meet new ones who are just beginning theirs. It honestly feels like a family reunion. I still remember attending my very first Beryl conference as a guest services manager at the University of Maryland Medical Center. I had no idea where this path would take me — and now, I stand here as a chief experience officer, serving on the strategic advisory board and the board of the Patient Experience Policy Forum. The relationships I’ve built, the knowledge I’ve gained, and the love I’ve felt from this community have shaped me in more ways than I can count. And what fills me with so much pride is seeing the next generation of passionate, fearless leaders stepping into this space. To everyone I’ve hugged, laughed with, or learned from this week — thank you. I’m so grateful to be part of this community. #ElevatePX #TheBerylInstitute #PatientExperience #PXLeaders #PXFamily #LeadershipWithHeart #GratefulAndGrowing Lynn Charbonneau, MBA, CPXP Stephanie S.
