Schlotman graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Schlotman’s coursework included Soil Science, Surveying, and Solid Waste Management. 249 Main Street in Nashua has brought 45 new affordable rental apartments to the heart of downtown. Hear how this development is impacting residents, businesses, and community.

Things are really shaping up at Poet Hill Place; SMC Management Corp.'s 210 Market Rate apartment project in Worcester, MA. No matter how you approach this area, - whether from I-190, or I-290, this beautiful project, being built by Callahan Construction Managers looms over the horizon. The exterior of this building is a beehive of activity. Shawnlee Construction, LLC - the framers are about to complete the "Topping-Of" of Block "A"; and the Air/Vapor Barrier team if working in the Courtyard, and the North face of Block "B"; the window & slider crew is following in the same area as the AVB team; and the siding installers are in the Courtyard, and startingf on the Eastern elevation. The roof has a completely separate group of trade partners working: the safety crew is preparing for the upcoming lift-day for the rooftop condensers; the carpenters are installing blocking and nailers for the roof deck; so the roofers can continue with the insulation & TPO Roofing; and the electricians, and HVAC subcontractors are bringing the linesets, and electical feeds up to the mechanical parapet walls. SMC Management Corp. Is closing in on having a completely weathertight building. Callahan Construction Managers is starting the roof trusses in "Block A", and working diligently on roofing the area known as "Block B" (which includes a lot of detail work around the proposed roof deck. The Pre-Dry-In work is ongoing in "Block C" while the window/slider crew wraps up their work; and the MEPS trades, the drywallers, and the painters are getting "Block D" to look like real apartments. This coming week, the Gypsum Subfloor team will be arriving, and placing the subfloor - just in time for doors/frames/hardware & flooring crews.
