How can we work together to create more equitable education systems across Europe? 🌍 At the Teach For All Europe Conference 2025 in Vienna, over 250 members of our regional community—including educators, students, alumni, policymakers, and private sector partners—came together to explore this question. Co-hosted by Teach For Austria the conference sparked deep discussions on key issues, from AI in education to teacher wellbeing and supporting refugee and migrant students. Participants also engaged with local communities, seeing firsthand the impact of Teach For Austria alumni in action. Through these experiences, our community had the opportunity to connect with each other and deepen its understanding of the state of education in Europe, reflect on collective work and create new possibilities for future collaboration towards increasing the equity in the region’s education systems. 🎥 Watch the highlights from this inspiring gathering: We're grateful to our supporter UniCredit for hosting the event at their wonderful conference space ✨

Today at the Skoll Foundation World Forum, we convened an inspiring session exploring how reshaping education can unlock solutions to humanity’s greatest challenges 💡📚 Students Felix and Nikol (East London Arts and Music) set the tone, sharing powerful visions for education that holistically prepare students as leaders who can create a better future. Moderated by our CEO, Wendy Kopp, our audience and panelists: Faith Abiodun, Hatim Eltayeb, Jenee Henry Wood, and Essie North actively engaged in sharing why this transformation matters and explored practical ideas on how we can achieve it by rethinking the purpose of education, through experiential, community-driven design of education systems, and the power of collective leadership.
