Tanger’s 2024 Annual Report tells the story of continued performance. Our strong financial results, enhanced growth, and sustained momentum in leasing, traffic, and sales prove our strategy is working. In 2024, we delivered fun, immersive experiences that are resonating with our growing shopper base. We focused on portfolio enhancement with a diverse mix of new tenants and brands, including high-performing categories like beauty and athleisure, and an expanded menu of dining and entertainment options. Smart marketing and enhanced digital tools helped us expand engagement with shoppers, personalize offers, and grow membership in our loyalty program. We demonstrated our commitment to our communities, our team, and the world we share. And, we continued to grow strategically, acquiring The Promenade at Chenal in Little Rock, AR, as well as Pinecrest in Cleveland, OH at the start of 2025. We’ve closed the chapter on a highly productive 2024, and, as the pages continue to turn, we’re focused on continuing the narrative of innovation, strategic growth, and value creation. The resilience of the Asheville community after Hurricane Helene is nothing short of inspirational. This vibrant city is not just rebuilding what was lost but is renewing its creative spirit and strengthening its resolve. To honor this perseverance, Tanger commissioned Asheville artist Anna Bryant to create a mural at Tanger Asheville that captures the community’s journey. As someone who lost everything in the storm, Anna’s deep personal and emotional connection shines through her work, titled “The Overthinker: Chaos Before Clarity,” which speaks to the four stages of healing and the path to renewal. At Tanger, we’re in the business of creating unforgettable experiences, and we did the same for our team members last week at Tanger Team Meeting in beautiful Asheville, NC. Team members from across our organization came together to strengthen relationships, celebrate achievements, and experience growth together. We also had the special privilege of honoring our local team members and first responders who have been instrumental in revitalizing the vibrant community of #Asheville. Aptly themed “Beyond,” our event focused on discovering new ways for our team to move beyond limitations and towards our full potential. As part of our intensive lineup of learning and development content, we were thrilled to host a live panel with several of our top performing and newest brand partners, including Chris Littrell, Head of Nike North America, Store Development; Megan Bates, VP of Business Development & Facilities, North America at Tapestry; and Brian OMalley, Business Partner of upscale Ohio-based restaurant brand Kitchen Social. Tanger CEO Stephen Yalof joined the set of Bloomberg News' Open Interest to share how Tanger is attracting the youngest cohort of shoppers, known as Gen Alpha, to its centers while also continually meeting the changing needs of consumers and keeping an eye on further growth opportunities. Tanger’s strategy focuses on more than just shopping, explains Stephen. In Tanger’s Q4 2024 earnings report, we reported another solid quarter to close out a highly successful and productive year. Our full-year performance was at the top of our guidance, and we achieved robust organic growth, improved sales, and continued strong leasing momentum.
