    💬📢 POLL 📢💬 Of course, I still get people reaching out looking for 🌍 fully remote roles. However, we all know the trend has pulled back 📉. Currently, about 14% of all workers are remote. Pre-COVID, I thought the number was higher 🤔, but the data says only 3% of U.S. workers were remote 🏠. If we focus just on white-collar jobs, that number jumps to 6% pre-COVID 💼.
