IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT   As of 7th June 2024 TKS Industrial Company Inc. [also known as TKS] has changed name to Taikisha USA Inc.   In 1981 Taikisha Ltd. established TKS Industrial Company in Dublin, OH as its North American division. The name “TKS Industrial Company” was chosen with the goal of giving the operation an “American” name to emphasize the local operation. In our 43 years as TKS Industrial Company we’ve undergone plenty of changes and growth to adapt to and continue in support of our dynamic industry.   Today, we are proud to announce a change to the name of our operation to Taikisha USA, Inc. Utilizing this name will consolidate our branding as part of the Taikisha global enterprise and make apparent the global organizational might behind our local operation.    Automotive manufacturing has been challenged by ever growing needs for Energy and Carbon Efficient solutions balanced with cost efficiency. Our customers demand the latest in manufacturing technology, the ability to leverage a global supply chain, and the knowledge of the local market of operation. Using the Taikisha name will make apparent the global organizational might behind our operation. The Taikisha group has 32 group companies operating in 23 countries around the world, with an annual turnover of approx. $1.4B USD.   This change does not affect any contracts or other obligations of TKS. While we advise you to update your records to reflect our new name, payments can still be made to “TKS Industrial Company” until your internal processing of the name change is completed. In addition, there will be no change in our tax or other corporate identification numbers and there is no change in our bank account.   Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. In the meantime, we look forward to our continued collaboration with our partners in this new chapter of our operation.

🌶️ Our first annual Troy Chili Cook Off was a great success! 👨🍳 👩🍳 8 brave associates volunteered to have their best chili recipes judged blindly by their peers for everyone to vote on.
