Sussex School

Sussex School is seeking a Part-Time Fundraising Manager (contractor position) to develop and execute fundraising strategies that support our mission and financial goals. This role focuses on donor cultivation, stewardship, and limited event-based fundraising to strengthen philanthropic support for the school. This contractor position offers flexible hours, ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, with compensation up to $38,500 per year (about $3,200 paid monthly). Success in this role will be measured by fundraising outcomes, donor engagement, and alignment with Sussex’s development strategy.
