SCE was established in 1986, and has grown to a mid-size engineering firm. SCE maintains a qualified full-time professional staff that includes Licensed Professional Engineers, Licensed Landscape Architects, Land Surveyors, Professional Planners (PP & AICP), Certified Municipal Engineers, GIS Professionals, Environmental Scientists, Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP), Structural Engineers, Certified Floodplain Managers and Construction Observers. Our group of experienced and highly competent technical and administrative personnel supports this professional staff. This range of professional and technical resources enables SCE to develop cost-effective, customized solutions to our clients’ regulatory compliance and project needs. Through the use of our frequently upgraded project management software, all key staff is able to monitor and update critical project information including budgets, schedules, deliverables and milestones.
